A typical day for an Ultrasound Technician may include: Prepares exam rooms before patient enters & cleans room following patient's exit. Prepares patients for diagnostic procedures by assisting them onto the table & instructing them in the procedure that is being performed. Selects & records appropriate images for the permanent The sonographer is competent in the production & analysis of ultrasound images used by physicians for patient diagnosis & treatment.
