Certifications
✓Maintains education, knowledge, and training required to provide up-to-date quality care to patients and to stay current with CEU requirements to include but not limited to ARRT and/or ARDMS.
✓ARRT and / or ARDMS Certified or ARDMS Registry eligible.
✓Registered Vascular Technologist or Registry eligible.
✓Current CPR certification required
✓Two years training under a qualified and licensed Radiologist as stated by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or requirements set up as part of ultrasound school/program required.
Education
✓Graduate from an accredited school of Ultrasound and/or Radiologic Technology.
Qualifications
✓Must have valid Driver’s License and/or transportation to report to work in Hutchinson and Olivia, MN
✓Must have good working knowledge of anatomy
✓understanding principles of physics, sound waves, and methods of scanning to obtain the required images and be able to set up and operate equipment.
✓Knowledge of how to maintain system of records, and understand the variations of anatomical positions such as supine, prone, lateral, upright, and Trendelenburg required.
✓Have sufficient knowledge of patient care and sterile techniques to deal with all types of conditions in the exam room, bedside, and OR required.
