✓Certifications/Registries: ARDMS/ARRT/CCI and 3 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area OR 2 applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area and 5 years of applicable experience
✓Basic Life Support (BLS)
✓In the state of Arkansas, ARDMS-RVT OR CCI-RVS OR ARRT-VS may be required within 12 months of hire and/or transfer depending on scope of role.
Education
✓Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours
Qualifications
✓2 years of relevant experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage schedules, and coordinate daily operations. preferred
Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills. preferred
Thorough understanding of protocols and ability to make adjustments as needed. preferred
Knowledge in proficiency producing diagnostic images with the ability to recognize technical abnormalities. preferred
Knowledge of advanced procedures and/or invasive procedures, if applicable preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. preferred
