Day Shift l Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Support patient care operations: Coordinate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to manage appointments, navigate order entry processes, and facilitate smooth patient transitions. Maintain accurate patient charts: Assemble and manage clinical records to ensure documentation is timely, complete, and readily accessible for the care team. Optimize daily workflow: Manage schedules, coordinate room bookings, and handle essential communication to ensure clinical activities run efficiently.
Provide administrative support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the clinical area by screening calls, greeting visitors, and handling daily correspondence. Ensure scheduling precision: Maintain timekeeping changes and staff schedules in the system to support operational accuracy. What minimum requirements you’ll need
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences: 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or as a Health Unit Coordinator.
