Licensure
✓Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa, or qualified multi-state license required.
Certifications
Certification in area of practice (i.e., CCRN) preferred (from the Magnet approved certifications).
Education
✓Graduate of a program in professional nursing.
✓BSN required or completed within 5 years.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 3 years professional nursing experience required
✓Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of the nursing care setting.
✓Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and flexibility to meet department needs.
✓Ability to work flexible hours to meet department and colleague educational needs.
