✓Licensure: A valid, unencumbered Registered Nursing License approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing.
Certifications
✓Certification: 1.
✓BLS certification 2.
✓ACLS may be required for certain departments, post hire 3.
✓Additional certifications may be required based on department and specialty PLAN: 1.
Education
✓Education: Graduate of an accredited prelicensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience: 2 years of recent nursing experience AND a minimum of 2 years of experience in the area of concentration.
✓Education: MSN or DNP PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (Medium-Heavy) 36-75 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally)
Qualifications
✓Must meet all Clinical Nurse Employee Commitments. 2.
✓Achieves electives/points and contact hours as defined in the PLAN (clinical lattice) point system to maintain position. 3.
✓Must complete UCN/SNM criteria requirements within nine (9) months of promotion or hire, including completion of Enhancing your Communication HLC#6488, completion of formal preceptor training workshop and enrollment in LEAP course.
✓Travel may be required
20-35 lbs, 34-66% of the workday preferred
(frequently) preferred
10-20 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly) preferred
Lifting 75 lbs max preferred
Carrying of objects up to 35 lbs preferred
Occasional to frequent standing & walking preferred
Occasional sitting preferred
