You’ll need
Licensure
✓Active California Registered Nursing License.
Certifications
✓BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association – required
Education
✓BSN and/or equivalent combination of education
✓MSN, MHA, MBA or
✓equivalent master’s level degree or a doctoral degree indicating post-graduate
Qualifications

✓Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse with clinical
✓Minimum 2 years of experience managing a clinical research unit or

✓Excellent interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clinicians, research participants, administrators, auxiliary personnel, regulators, and sponsors.
✓Strong quantitative and analytical skills to collect and interpret data and prepare reports; meticulous attention to detail.
✓Ability to work independently, design and manage projects with excellent follow-through.
