✓Proficiency with electronic health record systems and office software enables accurate data entry and documentation management.
✓Attention to detail is critical when handling confidential patient information and preparing reports to support clinical decision-making.
✓Additionally, adaptability and time management skills help the Unit Secretary efficiently handle varying workloads across different shifts, maintaining high standards of service throughout.
✓Flexibility for either day or night shift required
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment. preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards. preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. preferred
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a per diem basis. preferred
