About the role

What you’ll do
Answer and direct incomingAnswer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally to appropriate personnel or departments
Maintain and update patientMaintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
Coordinate patient admissions, dischargesCoordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers by communicating with nursing staff and other departments
Prepare and distribute dailyPrepare and distribute daily schedules, reports, and correspondence to support clinical operations
Manage inventory of officeManage inventory of office and medical supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted unit function
