You’ll need
Certifications
✓American Heart Association BLS certification
Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred
I-year experience as CNA or MA preferred
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
✓Previous experience performing clerical and phone duties in an office or health-care related environment
✓Must have outstanding customer service attitude and demonstrate a commitment to professional behavior
Nursing students who completed l year of nursing clinical training are also qualified preferred
Knowledge of health care terminology preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple health care-related computer systems preferred
