Job Responsibility: [ x ] Essential [ ] Marginal Duty: Lead a Landscaping Team staff of 1-3 individuals to landscape and hardscape grounds based upon season and priority. Comments: 25% Job Responsibility: [ x ] Essential [ ] Marginal Duty: Follow a daily schedule of MUSC properties to landscape. This includes: pruning using power sheers and manual hedgers, weed eating, mowing, edging, laying pine straw, mulching, pick up leaves and debris and other general landscape maintenance duties Comments: 25% Job Responsibility: [ x ] Essential [ ] Marginal Duty: Assist other team members by performing tree maintenance, chemical applications, annual plantings, landscape plantings, and other tasks as needed.
Comments: 20% Job Responsibility: [ x ] Essential [ ] Marginal Monitor all trees, shrubs and turf for disease and insect damage; Properly identify harmful insects and disease and determine when and how to provide control of landscape insects and disease utilizing a combination of biological, cultural, physical/mechanical and chemical management tools. Comments: 15% Job Responsibility: [ ] Essential [ x ] Marginal Duty: Perform other grounds maintenance tasks as needed to include picking up litter, pressure washing sidewalks, etc.

Schedule and lead the landscaping team to ensure that the grounds and areas of the facility are prepared for hazardous weather. Minimum
A high school diploma and three years custodial, grounds keeping or maintenance experience directly related to the area of employment. Physical
