✓Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology, microbiology, biochemistry or a closely related field and relevant experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment.
✓A bachelor's degree in a health-related field and one year journey-level work experience in the specialty area
✓or an associate degree or equivalent training in a health-related field and two years advanced work experience in the specialty area.
✓A master's degree in a health-related field and six months entry-level experience may be substituted for the requirements stated above.

About the role

The Laboratory Technologist III is responsible for carrying out advanced research activities under the direction of the Principal Investigator and/or laboratory supervisor. This individual provides technical expertise to support the Principal Investigator’s research program. Assists with ensuring all laboratory staff follow and adhere to safety and all applicable health policies and regulations.
