✓Must be licensed in the state of South Carolina for one of the following:
✓Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
✓Licensed Social Worker (LISW): Master's Degree in Social Work or Social Welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): Master's Degree in Counseling from an accredited program. preferred
Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT): Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy an accredited program. preferred
Education
✓Degree of Supervision: Minimal Supervision.
✓A master's degree and three years professional experience in human services or social services programs.
Qualifications
✓At least two years of providing evidence-based treatments to adolescents/families impacted by substance use disorders and with/without other co-occurring problems.
Demonstrated interest in working with adolescents and families affected by substance use. preferred
Experience engaging adolescents and families who may have difficulty accessing or remaining engaged in traditional outpatient treatment. preferred
Experience providing evidence-based treatment, particularly motivational interviewing/MET, CBT, family-based interventions, trauma-focused treatment, or substance use treatment. preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with adolescents, caregivers, and community partners. preferred
Ability to work independently while functioning collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinical team. preferred
Comfort providing services flexibly across outpatient, telehealth, and community-based settings. preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills. preferred
