About the role

This Patient Navigator (PN) position will work directly with the cornea and ocular- oncology subspecialists and maintain a high level of knowledge. The PN will address the need for comprehensive care coordination for highly complex eye patients. The PN will facilitate communication, provide education, and coordinate services to improve patient adherence and health-outcomes.
