Urgent Care Technician

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓EMT-Paramedic Certification required
Certifications
✓CPR Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
✓May be required to complete Phlebotomy certification within 6 months of employment.
International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) certifications a plus preferred
Education
✓High School diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an acute care environment is required. Acute care environment includes Emergency Room, Immediate Care Center, or Ambulance.
✓At least 1-2 years of experience starting IVs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
