Qualifications New or experienced urologists encouraged to apply. Board certified or board eligible MI license or eligible for medication licensure in the State of Michigan Additional Information Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
