You’ll need
Licensure
✓Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
✓Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure.
✓DEA certification and ability to obtain AHN medical staff privileges.
Education
✓MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
✓Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program.
Qualifications
