Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient/outpatient settings - Diagnose, treat, and manage [specialty-specific conditions] - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team - NO CITY CALL! - Maintain accurate and timely medical records - Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives Qualifications - MD degree from an accredited institution - Completion of Urology residency and fellowship - Board-certified/board-eligible required - Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills - Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary based on MGMA data - Exceptional Earning Potential: After the first year, physicians can expect to make $1.2+ million annually based on market assessment and fee-for-service collections. - Comprehensive benefits package available (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, etc.) - Signing Bonus and Relocation : $15,000 Relocation and $50,000 Sign-on bonus - Retirement plan options - CME allowance and support for professional development - Malpractice insurance with tail coverage - Relocation assistance and/or signing bonus - Opportunities for additional ancillary opportunities (Real Estate, PCR, Auto UA, In-house Pharmacy, MRI Fusion, etc.) - Partnership within the Private Practice and Surgical Specialty Hospital and ASC after the first year.
