You’ll need
Certifications
✓BCLS - Basic Life Support in accordance with the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required and
✓RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist Current registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Upon Hire Required or
✓RVS - Registered Vascular Sonographer Current registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Upon Hire Required
Education
✓Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited Vascular Sonography program Required or
Qualifications
✓In Lieu of program completion, equivalent experience according to Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC).
✓2 years of clinical experience as a vascular sonographer Required
2 years additional related experience as a hospital inpatient or outpatient / ambulatory vascular sonographer Preferred
