Vascular Technologist for Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Part-Time/Day Shift - Weekend shifts with call This position requires knowledge of and expertise in performing non-invasive diagnostic procedures used in evaluating vascular occlusive disease, as well as the ability to objectively identify the presence or absence of disease utilizing a variety of ultrasound and Doppler equipment. The technologist has the ability to modify procedures with the approval of the Supervisor or Medical Director, to meet special circumstances to provide clinically useful information on a cost-effective basis.
The technologist will comply with the standards set by the Inter-societal accreditation commission (IAC) for departmental policies and procedures. Graduate of a four year vascular technology program 2 years experience working in a Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory setting
