You’ll need
Education
✓High School diploma or GED required . Bachelor’s degree preferred .
Qualifications
✓1-3 years of related work experience required
✓1-3 years of experience in Electronic Health Record and/or integrated ancillary systems implementation and support.
✓Familiarity with Windows desktop and server operating systems , services and remote connectivity tools.
✓Experience with computer systems required , including Microsoft online / Office applications .
✓Proficiency in vendor supported healthcare systems/ applications; serves as a resource for team members and cross- IT application teams.

Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of products preferred
Familiarity with Smartsheets preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, business, and technical resources as well as all levels of leadership across all entities preferred
Experience with health systems vendor management; support initiation, troubleshooting and accountability for issue resolution preferred
Proactive life-cycle management of systems for OS/DB/Desktop compliance to meet support agreements preferred
Process and workflow improvement mindset ; adaptable to cross-IT policies and processes preferred
Flexibility to address issues during standard or outside normal business hours with a balanced total work week preferred
