Licensure
✓Board Certification in Internal Medicine and/or an Internal Medicine subspecialty.
The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Internal Medicine and/or an Internal Medicine subspecialty with significant leadership experience in healthcare quality and safety, a proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement initiatives and the desire to be a part preferred
Certifications
✓Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials as an Attending Physician at HUMC.
✓Degrees attained, residencies, fellowships, board certifications, research, and publications.
Education
✓MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
✓Must be able to obtain and maintain a faculty appointment at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
Qualifications
✓A minimum of three years of experience after completing residency or fellowship.
✓Exceptional written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, teaching, and analytical skills.
✓Proven ability to initiate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✓A collaborative, empathic, and team-oriented approach to working with patients, families, and healthcare professionals across various disciplines.
✓Years of relevant experience in the areas of specialization and sub-specialization.
✓Leadership: Relevant experience as a department chair or chief, practice group leader, or other leadership roles.
✓Productivity : Levels of productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
✓Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
