Qualifications
✓A passionate and collaborative pediatric healthcare executive with:
✓Minimum of ten years progressive leadership experience in a senior health care management position and/or health care operations required.
✓Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements governing healthcare operations and clinical practice.
✓Knowledge of best practices, clinical quality metrics, and performance improvement processes to drive continuous excellence in care delivery.
✓Strong command of medical, clinical, and industry terminology.
✓Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving high performance and organizational goals.
✓Ability to cultivate and maintain internal partnerships that enhance clinical care delivery and patient outcomes.

✓Patient Experience Management
✓Clinical Care Delivery
✓Finance and Decision Support
Experience with Pediatric care in a Magnet designated organization is preferred.
Experience with bargaining units is preferred.
Expertise in pediatric and family-centered care delivery across inpatient and ambulatory settings, preferred.
