✓with the other DGC to ensure OGC operates strategically and consistently across both divisions.

✓areas relevant to a large integrated health system, such as healthcare regulatory law, transactions, business
✓operations, litigation, investigations, labor and employment, privacy, governance, reimbursement, or

✓Demonstrated ability to operate as both a senior legal advisor and an organizational leader — bringing
✓substantive legal judgment to the most significant matters while overseeing complex legal operations and
✓stakeholder relationships
✓matrixed or practice-group legal structure
✓Strong judgment in identifying and escalating high-stakes legal and reputational issue
