Vice President St. Joseph's Hospitals Foundation
The Vice President is responsible for running day-to-day management and operations of the St. Joseph's Hospitals Foundation and team. This is a high-level leadership position works closely with the Foundation President and is an incredible opportunity to advance life-changing work for patients and families across Tampa Bay while taking on a dynamic role that offers significant professional growth.
The Foundation has experienced tremendous success over the past four years, more than doubling annual campaign revenue during that time. The Vice President will play a critical role in sustaining and accelerating that momentum across the St. Joseph's Hospitals network, a key part of BayCare Health System.
This highly visible leader will provide oversight and strategic direction for team culture, volunteer leadership engagement, major and principal gifts, team member development, fundraising events, corporate philanthropy strategies, grateful patient and family programs, and community engagement initiatives. The Vice President will work closely with leadership teams across the five St. Joseph's Hospitals to understand organizational priorities, clinical needs, and future vision, while connecting these opportunities with donors, giving societies, volunteer leaders, and event committees who are committed to advancing the Foundation's mission.

The position reports to the President of St. Joseph's Hospitals/ Chief Philanthropic Officer, BayCare and maintains a personal portfolio of leadership donors and prospects. Key
Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and team, including maximizing philanthropic potential for the benefit of St. Joseph's Hospitals. Works closely with volunteer leadership, provides philanthropic direction and operations management to develop and achieve the Foundation’s short-term and long-term fundraising goals, grant making back to the hospitals and other operational objectives.
Implements best practices to continually improve the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors in a cohesive moves management program. Reports to the President/CPO and maintains a personal portfolio of leadership donors and prospects.
