Education
✓Master’s in social work, Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, or related human service field.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in crisis intervention, case management, and victim advocacy-related programs required.
✓Minimum of two (2) years of related experience supervising crisis intervention, case management, and victim-advocacy-related programs required
✓Knowledge of teaching best practices and agency policies.
✓Knowledge of resources connecting clients to local, state, and federal aid.
✓Ability to Handle heavy task loads and varying deadlines.
✓Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR), Network Ninja Collaborate Software, and other tracking tools.
✓Ability to solve team disputes and client complaints.
✓Ability to assess urgent risks and changing care plans under pressure.
✓Maintains HIPAA standards and ensures confidentiality of protected health information.
✓Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and their staff on a regular basis.
Education & Experience - Preferred
Eight (8) years of experience is preferred.

About the role

Under the direction of the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center (DV/SAC) Program Manager, the Victim Services Supervisor will lead and supervise full-time Victim Specialists, after-hours Crisis Hotline Victim Advocates, and a Mental Health Counselor supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
