You’ll need
Licensure
✓C ertification/Licensure: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of New Hampshire Office of Licenses Allied Health Professionals required.
Certifications
✓BLS, CPR required.
Education
✓Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program required.
Qualifications
✓Software/Hardware: Documentation on laptop computer, basic typing skills.
✓Schedule: Participate in rotating weekend commitment.
✓Valid Driver’s License required to travel throughout southern New Hampshire to provide home health care service and other job-related activities required. Proof of auto mobile insurance required, and minimum coverage met. Motor vehicle background report will be conducted.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in health care setting performing similar work activities preferred.
