As a Per Diem position, the following applies: Limited to no more than 20 hours per week Required to work 1 weekend day or one on-call shift per month (minimum) Required to work 1 major holiday a year, (at a minimum of 4 hours) Availability must be provided a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, preferably one month in advance. Failure to work agreed upon days/hours is considered to be an unexcused absence, unless prearranged by an immediate supervisor or Human Resources.
Productivity expectations for an 8-hour shift are 6 home visits. Hospice admissions equal 3 visits Home care admissions equal 2 visits All clinical documentation is required to be completed within 24 hours of the visit(s)
- MA RN License
- CPR Certified
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
day shift · Monday - Friday (subject to per diem requirements)
