Methodist Hospital is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Volunteer Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our organization, our volunteers, and the patients and communities we serve. This role is integral to the growth and success of our organization and plays a meaningful part in shaping the experiences patients have with us every day. The Volunteer Services Coordinator will: Assist with planning, organizing and implementing the volunteer program at Park Nicollet Health Services.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Volunteer Services program and department. Assist with recruitment, orienting and onboarding volunteers. Will nurture, support and coordinate volunteers.
Foster a welcoming, engaging, and rewarding volunteer experience. Build strong relationships with volunteers, staff, patients, families, and community partners. Represent the organization in the community and promote volunteer involvement.
