Qualifications
✓Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on ambulatory services and patient access in an academic medical center or large healthcare organization.
✓Minimum 3 years’ Director Level experience in a Primary Care healthcare environment.
✓Comprehensive understanding of ambulatory care operations, access management, and healthcare industry trends
✓Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
✓Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and achieving operational excellence.
✓Very strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
✓Ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task and manage competing demands. Ability to reprioritize as circumstances require and to communicate impacts.
✓Experience in driving change and innovation within a complex healthcare environment.
✓Broad knowledge of modern healthcare and business administration, systems, practices and principles.

About the role

In close partnership with executive leaders across Primary Care, Ambulatory, and hospital services, the Vice President sets and executes service area strategy, drives access and growth, advances quality and safety, and ensures strong financial and operational performance across a coordinated, system-wide model of care.
