Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position. Overview

The General Manager Pointcore Construction provides strategic and operational oversight of the company. This leader is responsible for leading and managing business operations, construction management and project delivery, business development, and client advocacy to obtain and maintain clients and client trust. The General Manager Pointcore Construction ensures all existing client expectations are exceeded and effectively utilizes business acumen to lead a team of design and construction professionals capable of managing significant healthcare projects successfully.

Qualifications REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

10 years of experience in the planning, design, construction industry, or related field. Licensure/ Certification: Active state driver's license. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Exemplary attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Exemplary leadership and management skills.
