VP - Pharmacy Services - Kelsey - Seybold Clinics - Houston, TX

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas or the ability to obtain licensure within the first 90 days
Education
✓PharmD
Qualifications
✓10+ years of progressive management in pharmacy, including strategic planning, development and monitoring of budgets, and personnel management
✓Solid knowledge of current trends in the pharmacy area with ability to assess and identify opportunities to leverage pharmacy expertise to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and financial performance
✓Advanced knowledge and understanding of the practice of pharmacy in addition to regulatory standards as well as a history of participation in accreditation surveys
✓Knowledgeable of the principles of quality management and have experience in leading Performance Improvement teams
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✓Proficient computer skills
✓Basic business skills, including financial analysis and modeling
✓Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
✓Proficient in various pharmacy systems and general contract requirements for such systems
✓All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
Managed Care contracting for pharmaceutical services preferred
Project management skills preferred
Pro forma development & or strong analytical skills preferred
