0 - Operates and maintains steam boilers, auxiliaries, and chiller plant equipment. Represents the Facilities department on nights, weekends, and holidays as first contact regarding facilities. This position has no set shift in the boiler plant he/she will serve as coverage for vacations.
During periods of no coverage the position will be day shift working with other trades as needed.
/Qualifications/Training/Experience: 2 plus years of experience in a high pressure boiler room preferred Excellent communication skills Able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, climb a ladder Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience: Massachusetts First Class Fireman License or higher Educational
