✓Requirements
Education
✓High School Diploma
Bachelor's degree in social sciences preferred
Qualifications
✓1+ years of managed care
✓1+ years of computer proficiency experience using Microsoft products and adobe
✓1+ years of Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse
✓1+ years of experience in Medical/Behavioral health setting providing service or care coordination (i.e. hospital, managed care organization, or joint medical/behavioral outpatient practice)
✓1+ years of experience handling sensitive issues with members and providers in a confidential manner
✓Valid driver's license and maintain state-required auto insurance in the state of Kansas
✓Access to a designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
✓Live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
✓Ability to be on camera during team meetings
✓Reside within the state of Kansas
✓Experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits and utilization of multiple groups and resources for patients
Knowledge of Kansas State's waiver programs preferred
Working knowledge of community-based resources and services preferred
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to use community and network resources to meet members' needs preferred
Demonstrates initiative in achieving individual, team, and organizational goals and objectives preferred
