Licensure
✓Current Licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse required.
Certifications
✓Maintains required education, competency, certification, training, and compliance records and follows up with staff and leaders as needed.
✓Maintains required licensure, certifications, education, and competencies
✓BLS certification required.
Education
✓Master's Degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or related healthcare field required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five (5) years of clinical healthcare experience required.

✓Maintains compliance in RQI required.
