Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience required, preferably in ambulatory operations, patient navigation, referral coordination, scheduling, documentation tracking, or community resource coordination.

About the role

In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the Women’s Health Patient Navigator coordinates non-clinical patient support and clinic workflows across the OBGYN service line. Based primarily in the clinic, this role helps patients navigate appointments, referrals, resources, and follow-up from prenatal care through postpartum and gynecologic services.
