✓Minimum of 2 years of office experience, including experience working with medical records. Qualifying experience includes but is not limited to: record analysis, EMR processing, document management, and administrative support in a healthcare or related setting.

✓Have at least two years of office or administrative experience, including experience working with medical records, EMRs, or document management systems.
✓Have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while supporting multiple projects with competing deadlines.
✓Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, employers, insurers, physicians, and other stakeholders.
✓Have an interest in the legal field, particularly workers’ compensation, healthcare regulations, or employment-related matters.
✓Are highly organized and able to manage records, correspondence, filing, notarization, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
✓Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a program manager and team members in a busy healthcare environment.
✓Are skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience with workers’ compensation insurance claims and/or a workers’ compensation legal background is preferred.
