You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Development, Human Resources, Education, Business Healthcare Administrations, Public Administration, or a related field.
✓Experience developing workforce pipelines, career pathways, or training programs for critical or hard-to fill occupations.
Qualifications
✓Experience in workforce development, program coordination, education, community engagement, talent development, or a related area.
✓Strong project coordination, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
✓Ability to track program data, outcomes, and deliverables.
✓Knowledge of and experience working within the Region 4 workforce development ecosystem.
✓Experience working with education providers, workforce agencies, community-based organizations, or government partners.
✓Experience with apprenticeships, work-based learning, internships, career exploration, or incumbent worker training.
✓Experience with informal or experiential learning and career exposure programming.
✓Experience with grant writing, grant management, and grant-funded program reporting.
Relevant experience may be considered as appropriate. Healthcare workforce development experience preferred.
