Provide expert consultation and care for patients with complex wounds, pressure injuries, fistulas, drains, tubes, and other skin integrity concerns.

What you’ll do

Develop individualized care plansDevelop individualized care plans that support healing and optimize patient outcomes
Educate and support patientsEducate and support patients and families before and after ostomy surgery, helping them successfully adapt both physically and emotionally
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
Serve as a clinicalServe as a clinical resource for nursing staff by recommending evidence-based interventions to prevent and manage skin breakdown
