✓Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California
Certifications
✓Degree Required: Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with wound care experience
✓Wound Care Certification: CWCA, CWS, CWON, CWOCN, or WCC (required or obtained within first year)
Education
✓BSN, MSN, or equivalent clinical background
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of federal and state regulations in SNF, hospital, and outpatient clinics
✓Strong clinical leadership and supervisory skills
✓Proficiency in communication, coordination, and care planning
