Facilitate Engaging Groups: Plan and co-facilitate interactive sessions focused on social-emotional skill-building, community integration, psychoeducation, and vocational preparation.

What you’ll do
Facilitate Engaging GroupsPlan and co-facilitate interactive sessions focused on social-emotional skill-building, community integration, psychoeducation, and vocational preparation
Provide MentorshipDeliver impactful therapeutic intervention and group interventions directly within the community for youth and families
Be a ConnectorCollaborate closely with other providers, natural supports, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care
