Education
✓Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience, or AA degree with 11 years of work experience.
✓AA degree or equivalent credits in pursuit of a BS required.
Qualifications
✓Thorough knowledge of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, BOCA Building Code, TJC regulations and all local, state and national building codes.
✓Requires functional knowledge of engineering operations and planning, design and construction methods and equipment installation/inspection
✓Must be accepted into the State of Maryland Stationary Apprenticeship Program.
