Qualifications
One year + related experience in a hospital, or diversified building maintenance, or construction. preferred
Technical or trade school training in HVAC, electrical or mechanical preferred.

DEFINITION : Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the hospital in good repair. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.
