Common questions

Do you take a placement fee or first-year salary cut?
No. We only bill per apply-click on roles you choose to boost. If you only use Free listings, you pay nothing.
Where do clicks actually go?
Directly to your ATS application URL. Waypoint doesn't intercept the apply — we just route candidates to you and count the click for billing.
What about candidate volume?
Our public job board indexes healthcare roles across 3,759 hospitals, 397 systems, and 46 states. Organic traffic comes from Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and our community channels. Boosted listings get priority surface area on state, specialty, and home-page surfaces.
Can I cancel or change tier any time?
Yes. There's no contract. Pause a boost in the dashboard and you stop accruing charges immediately. Outstanding clicks bill end-of-month.
How is this different from Indeed Sponsored?
No middleman markup, transparent per-click pricing visible in the dashboard, and we surface your roles on healthcare-specific landing pages where the audience is purely clinical.

Weekly invoice billing

$1.25 / $3.13 / $6.25 per Apply click (Core / Featured / High-Priority) — ~37% below the self-serve credit-model rates. You set a weekly sponsorship cap that auto-pauses placement when reached. Friday cron rolls up the prior Mon-Sun spend into an invoice; no card on file. Invoice terms are specified in the Enterprise Agreement at signup.
