Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Nov 23, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Case Manager RN for an inpatient care management role requiring BSN and prior care management experience. Details Inpatient hospital setting within the Care Management department Oversee a daily caseload of inpatient patients with varied care needs Attend interdisciplinary rounds and complete initial patient assessments Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team to develop plans of care Coordinate post-discharge needs such as home health and inpatient rehab with post-acute referral sources Document and place orders for home health, DME, and nutritional needs within Epic EMR Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM No weekend or on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license (NH or Compact) required BSN required Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification required Minimum 3 years of inpatient clinical experience At least 1 year of Care Management experience Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years Epic EMR experience preferred BLS certification required Additional Information Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be considered
