We are seeking a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Adult Physician Assistant (PA) for a locum tenens opportunity supporting an outpatient Endocrinology clinic. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive evaluation and management of adult Endocrinology patients. Manage primarily Diabetes patients, along with Osteoporosis and Transgender Care.
Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up. Review and manage medications, labs, and diagnostic results. Educate patients on disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC/HealthConnect. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
