0830-1700 Must have direct experience in EPIC and pediatric vaccinations, strong clinical skills to independently handle walk-in triage, VNA referrals, paperwork, and ED/hospital discharges. Proficient in administering vaccines and medications. Minimum of 2+ yrs Ambulatory related experience highly preferred.- may consider outpatient, clinic, and primary care experience common patient diagnoses: diabetes, HTN, COPD, chronic disease/heathy adults various.

Ambulatory/Family Medicine Age group: 0-99 (no OB) Center Scrub Color: Any Must work every other major holiday. 2+ year(s) of experience in specialty. Also, documenting travel experience; first time travelers will not be considered. Must have acute care experience.

Current AHA BLS required. Flu vaccine required during season. EMR Experience Preferred: EPIC
