MUST START TUESDAY 10/6 No other groups accepted. Do not sub with RTO within 3 weeks of this start date. Submissions will close by 9/4 - Offers expected to be sent EOD FRIDAY 9/11/26 Moving Forward we are asking for a minimum starting contract of 26 weeks ( 6 months) for all new Contracts (we are limiting the amount of 13-week contracts moving forward) Facility will primarily evaluate candidates based on the content of their resumes. This approach will help us identify those candidates with the most robust work experience who will then be invited for interviews. Please be aware that not every candidate will receive an interview under this new system
ALL candidates who are selected for interviews should be informed that they may receive an invitation for their interview via Microsoft Teams. It’s crucial that candidates are aware that these interviews will be scheduled during MDT (Mountain Daylight Time). This I believe has been a reason for a lot of the NO SHOW's we have received Therefore, they will need to adjust the interview time according to their respective time zones to ensure they log on at the correct time zone.
When you submit candidate, please include their preferred contact times or any time zone considerations that I should be aware of. This will allow me to schedule interviews at times that are convenient for the candidates. 5x8s (blocked schedules) MUST HAVE EVERY WEEKEND AVAILABILITY 2 years of behavioral/psych experience - MUST BE COMFORTABLE FLOATING TO ALL UNITS BELOW CPI Cert preferred but not required Local candidates at the travel rate 26 week contracts available Weekend availability required REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSIONS: a. Driver’s license Montana State Hospital is the only public psychiatric hospital in the state. Units: -Travelers will float to Geri-psych – need to be comfortable working with this population Team Nursing 2RNs, 1LPN plus psych techs *Spratt Geri-Psych- 32 bed- Advanced Alzheimer's, dementia and clients with higher medical needs. IV antibiotics, tube feedings *E-wing Chronic Psych- 25 Bed- long term chronic psych with some clients with developmental issues *D-wing Acute Forensics- 32 Bed-Forensic, court ordered criminal clients. 18+ age group *B-wing Acute Psych with Substance Abuse- 26 Bed-acute psych with substance abuse, court ordered 18+ *Forensic Mental Health Unit 54 bed-3 miles from main campus free standing site for criminally committed clients with mental health issues
