Join the Frontlines of Cancer Care as a BMT/ONC RN!

Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

  • Location: BMT Unit (10000210)
  • Days of the Week: Various days

Role Highlights:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team on a 51-bed unit specializing in blood cancers.
  • Provide care for patients receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cutting-edge cellular therapies including stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
  • Experience a collaborative environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3-4:1, adaptable based on staffing needs.
  • Float between the BMT/Oncology and CTU units as necessary to meet patient care needs.
  • 2 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience, with a willingness to consider candidates with 1.5 years of experience.
  • Prior chemotherapy administration experience.
  • Certifications required:
  • AHA BLS
  • CO or Compact RN License
  • ONC certification
  • Ability to float to sister facilities based on the metro region needs.

Special Considerations:

  • Candidates must thrive in flexible staffing ratios and be comfortable with adjustments based on unit demand.
  • Weekend availability as needed by the unit.
  • First-time travelers are welcome if they meet the required experience.
