AMAZING contract! Best hospital I have worked with in 27 years in the business. The ratios for Med Surg are 1:3 which is unheard of.
You would not float to ER, but I am just speaking about how good they are to my nurses. The nurses I have had there have been there for a minimum of 3 contracts. Many have made that their perm staff job.
I have more return travelers here than anywhere in the country. I can't say enough about them! We are the direct vendor for most all hospitals in Illinois!
